I'm currently the CEO of Fenerum, a subscription billing platform for SaaS companies, and serve on the board of Plecto, where I was CEO for 10 years.

Background

I started my career in a call center at a Scandinavian satellite TV provider after dropping out of university. Within months, I built an early performance tracking system that increased our team's performance by 50%. That system eventually became Plecto.

After a detour working as a Python developer in Switzerland, I co-founded Plecto in 2012. Over the next decade, we grew it from three people in a small office to a company with 45 employees, €4M in revenue, and customers across Europe and the US. We raised funding from investors including Jesper Buch and Jan Lehrmann.

In 2022, I stepped down as CEO of Plecto to focus on building Fenerum and working with other SaaS founders.

What I've Learned

Running a B2B SaaS company for a decade teaches you things you can't learn anywhere else. I've made plenty of mistakes - from infrastructure decisions that cost us sleep to pricing strategies that left money on the table. But I've also learned what actually works: how to build sustainable subscription businesses, scale sales teams, and create predictable revenue growth.

Advisory & Board Work

I work with SaaS founders and CEOs on: - Subscription business models and pricing strategy - Building and scaling sales teams - SaaS metrics and financial planning - Transitioning from founder-led sales to scalable processes

I'm open to board positions and advisory roles for B2B SaaS companies, particularly those in the early scaling phase.
